About the Role
As a Clinical Data Engineer, you will design and implement customized data pipeline architecture solutions for life sciences research and development. Your responsibilities include managing clinical data integration, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various teams to uphold data architecture frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data architecture and engineering roles within the healthcare industry.
Preferred:
- Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Expertise in ETL, data modelling, and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and Django framework, as well as web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Strong command of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Databricks, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with Agile methodology and mindset.
