About the Role
As a Clinical Data Quality & Abstraction Lead, you will define clinical data quality standards, review structured outputs for accuracy, build workflows and SOPs for consistent abstraction, collaborate with clinical SMEs and engineers, identify discrepancies, and support onboarding of new clinical projects.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years experience in clinical data abstraction, QA, registry data management, or clinical informatics.
- Strong knowledge of EMR documentation, clinical workflows, and health data standards.
- Demonstrated experience developing or overseeing structured abstraction protocols and quality control frameworks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for clinical accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
