About the Role

As a Clinical Director, you will manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality, supervise the implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans, provide feedback to team members, conduct assessments, and support training programs. You will also be responsible for traveling for assessments and supporting high-risk clients.

About You

Required:

BCBA certification
Georgia State Licensure
Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Preferred:

5 years of experience in the ABA field
