Summary
Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Clinical Director | Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA to manage a region providing ABA services to clients with autism and other special needs in Citrus Heights, CA.
About the Role
As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the delivery of ABA services, manage staff hiring and training, conduct client supervision, and ensure quality service delivery. You will also engage in administrative duties, monitor clinical training, and foster relationships with funding sources while participating in research and development projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- BCBA Certification
- At least 3 years of certification as a BCBA
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism
Preferred:
- At least 1-2 years supervising other BCBAs
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA
