About the Role
As a Clinical Director (BCBA), you will be responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring behavior therapists and BCBAs, implementing and monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with senior treatment leadership. You will evaluate the efficacy of treatment and facilitate effective training with parents and staff in a dynamic interdisciplinary team environment.
About You
Required:
- Masters in a Behavior related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Minimum 4 years experience as a BCBA
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical treatment setting
