You will treat patients for 32-36 hours per week and dedicate 4-8 hours weekly to leadership and administrative tasks, ensuring accountability for outcomes and productivity.
About You
Required:
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist License
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
Preferred:
- 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience
- Comfort leading PTAs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
