About the Role
About You
- Active BCBA certification and Michigan LBA (in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years as a BCBA (5+ years preferred)
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- BACB Supervisor status
- Experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs or junior BCBAs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage physically in sessions when needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening
- Experience onboarding and training clinical staff
- Familiarity with EMR systems and ABA data analysis tools
- Membership in professional associations (e.g., CASP)
- Strong background in parent training and interdisciplinary collaboration
