As a Clinical Director, BCBA, you will be responsible for driving clinical quality, training, and performance standards. You will lead and mentor new clinicians, partner with various healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, and support strategic planning and operational improvements across programs. Your leadership will directly impact the lives of children and families, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within the team.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
Preferred:
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
