Summary
Project Renewal is seeking a Clinical Director to join their team in Bronx, NY. The role involves overseeing the coordination and delivery of human services to tenants at Bedford Green House Phase II.
About the Role
As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing program policies, supervising case management staff, coordinating clinical services, conducting performance assessments, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. You will also facilitate case reviews and manage documentation of critical incidents, while being available for emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in human services, consulting, evaluation, homeless services, quality assurance, or related field.
- Experience working with adults with mental health and/or substance use issues, including families, preferably in homeless shelters or supportive housing.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with more than 2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- MA in social work, counseling, psychology, family therapy or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate staff to accomplish program goals.
- Capacity to evaluate and manage program performance using data.
- Excellent oral, writing, and listening skills.
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of case management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus.
