About the Role
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist - PRN, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, conducting non-invasive cardiac and pulmonary tests, and organizing rehabilitation services to help patients restore function and improve their health. You will follow guidelines from AACVPR and ACSM and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree of Science in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in a cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation setting.
- Current ACLS certification and CPR certification.
Preferred:
- American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Specialist certification and/or American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiology Exam.
- Knowledge of Scottcare telemetry system.
