About the Role
As a Clinical Housing Coordinator, you will supervise evening staff at Chestnut's 24-hour mental health housing programs. Your responsibilities will include training and evaluating staff, interns, and volunteers, developing and implementing services, and providing trauma-informed direct services to consumers and their families. You will promote a recovery model of treatment that emphasizes care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college OR Bachelor’s degree in a helping profession.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience providing or supervising social services to clients.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and private automobile insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in mental health services.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and electronic medical records.
