- Graduation from a program in Radiologic Technology with an Associate's degree.
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Licensure by the Commonwealth of Virginia Dept of Health Professionals.
- At least 2 years of practical experience as a Radiology Technologist.
- Membership in the Virginia and American Societies of Radiologic Technologists.
