About the Role

As a Clinical Integration Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of acquisitions and new builds, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment, and ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining high standards of patient care. You will work closely with various teams, analyze workflows for improvements, and travel approximately 50% to support projects nationwide.

About You

Required:

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical operations.
Strong knowledge of medical office workflows, including scheduling, billing, HR processes, vendor setup, and technology systems.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EHR systems required.

Preferred:

Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Teamwork Project Management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
