- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and enrolled in an Associate’s degree program.
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a clinical or research setting requiring the use of medical/laboratory terminology.
