About You
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of clinical lab experience, or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Clinical Lab setting, or a Bachelor's Degree with clinical lab experience preferred.
- Certification as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), MT(AMT), MT(AAB), CLS(NCA), MT(HEW), CLT(NCA), MLT(ASCP), or MLT(AMT) is required, or waived for those with 5 years of lab experience.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
