About the Role
As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will oversee the care team, provide education and training related to clinical practice, and ensure that every patient receives the highest quality care. You will also be responsible for orienting new employees and managing the implementation of services in a safe and cost-effective manner.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
Preferred:
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
