About the Role
As the Clinical Manager of Hospice, you will manage the organization, direction, and staffing of hospice services, ensuring quality client care and compliance with regulations. You will provide leadership, support staff development, and participate in budget development while overseeing the integration of care across various settings.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse - State Board of Nursing license in Ohio.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years' experience in a hospice agency.
- Progressive supervisory or leadership experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
