About the Role
As a Clinical Navigator, you will cultivate referral relationships, manage assigned territory, and complete patient assessments. You will collaborate with the business development team, nursing staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate referral conversions and improve customer service and patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include providing feedback for program development and quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
Preferred:
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience.
