About the Role
As a Clinical Navigator, you will work under the direction of the Director of Business Development. Your responsibilities will include managing assigned territory, making sales contacts, analyzing referral and admission data, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to improve customer service and patient satisfaction. You will be the face of the hospital, helping patients during their rehabilitation journey.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
Preferred:
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience.
