- Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or another compact state.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a specialty area.
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC).
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- 7 - 10 years of relevant clinical experience.
