- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN program within one year of hire, with completion within two years.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
- Experience in orthopedics.
- Current BLS certification prior to clinical rotation.
- ACLS and PALS certifications.
