About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care as required. You will assess and evaluate patient needs, apply nursing judgment in care management, and collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care. Additionally, you will provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
About You
Required:
- Current nursing license in the state of New York.
- Experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
