About the Role
As a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you will be responsible for the quality of nursing care provided to pediatric patients. This includes developing policies and procedures, providing clinical orientation and staff development, mentoring, and consultation. You will also be responsible for the collection, submission, evaluation, and dissemination of required data, and developing education plans in consultation with Nursing and Medical Directors.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
- Current certification by the State Board of Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Current BLS and PALS certification upon hire and maintain current.
