About the Role
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of care during provider absences, coordinating staffing efforts, addressing clinical concerns, and implementing company policies. You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence while managing travel requirements across multiple facilities.
About You
Required:
- Active license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in your state.
- DEA license.
- Strong clinical foundation.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
- Competence in business operations or organization.
- Ability to manage large teams of administrative and clinical staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare staffing organization.
- Knowledge of billing and reimbursement with respect to insurance payers.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Personable and able to work well with team members.
