AdventHealth is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join their team in Lake Mary, FL. The role involves overseeing staff performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing patient care delivery.
About the Role
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will check in with staff routinely, facilitate developmental meetings, and complete performance appraisals. You will plan and implement employee engagement activities, maintain productivity standards, assist with patient care, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between stakeholders, monitor department metrics, and participate in staff development and marketing initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Commitment to patient-oriented practice.
- Ability to manage staff and operations to ensure delivery of optimal patient care.
- Ability to organize, communicate and implement departmental goals and program objectives.
- Basic competence in computer skills including EMR experience, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend conversational English.
- 2+ years healthcare experience.
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS).
- Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Preferred:
- Problem-solving ability.
- Organizational skills.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
