About the Role

As a Clinical Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clinical quarterly metric reporting, assisting with demo coordination, and working closely with sales operations. You will develop in-depth knowledge of sales territories and product lines, maintain data in core systems, and promote continuous improvement in processes and productivity. The role may involve leading small projects and requires the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues.

About You

Required:

High School diploma/GED
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2 years of experience in a similar position with strong organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience with quotation and order entry systems tools (such as Cobra, eOM, Oracle, Cognos, etc.)
Basic understanding of technical/medical equipment and services
