About the Role
As a Clinical Outreach & Alumni Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for high-volume clinical outreach, strategic territory planning, and relationship development with professionals and community stakeholders. You will oversee the alumni engagement lifecycle, including communication, wellness checks, and coordination of alumni events. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Admissions Team to integrate outreach activities and performance data into initiatives that increase visibility and support referral flow.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health care business development/marketing environment.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of psychiatric, eating disorders and chemical dependency treatment principles.
- Minimum of one year experience working with treatment center alumni or patients.
