About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to individualize drug therapies, perform comprehensive medication therapy reviews, and manage drug regimens. You will also provide education to pharmacy residents and medical staff, participate in research projects, and ensure patient access to specialty medications.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- State of Washington Pharmacist License.
- Two years of experience in pharmacy practice.
Preferred:
- Doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
