About the Role
About You
- 4 Year/Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date.
- Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy.
- PGY2 Ambulatory residency or equivalent experience.
- Current BCPS or BCACP certification.
- Oncology experience for oncology roles.
