About the Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will interpret medication orders, monitor medication therapy, evaluate appropriateness of medications, act as a consultant for healthcare professionals, and educate patients and staff. You will also maintain pharmacy patient profiles, oversee medication distribution, and participate in quality improvement activities.

About You

Required:

Active Clinical Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois (IDFPR)
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree

Preferred:

Training and knowledge of specialty areas (neonatology, critical care, oncology, etc.)
Completion of a pharmacy residency program or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience
