About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for processing and verifying infusion-related medication orders, overseeing sterile compounding activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient infusion therapy services. You will also participate in clinical services, medication-use optimization, and provide consultations to support appropriate drug dosing and positive patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, a master's degree, or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university.
- License or demonstrated eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in Indiana.
- Minimum of two years of hospital pharmacy experience and/or completion of a pharmacy residency.
Preferred:
- Clinical experience or residency training if the highest education is a bachelor's degree.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
