About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will perform all functions of a registered pharmacist, including accurate dispensing, clinical interactions with patients and healthcare teams, and technician supervision. You will actively participate in pharmacy operations, complete critical medication order scrutiny, and provide patient-centered care services. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers and participation in departmental meetings and educational activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or other advanced pharmacy degree.
- Applicable State Pharmacy License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS may be required as defined by specialty unit.
Preferred:
- PGY1 Pharmacy Residency OR Three years of clinical pharmacy experience.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and/or NRP may be required for some facilities based on department requirements.
