Summary
Beacon Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Three Rivers, MI. The role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of pharmacy services that promote and provide pharmaceutical care.
About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will participate directly in clinically oriented services, manage drug regimens, provide drug information services, and assist with research and clinical drug trials. You will also be responsible for reviewing patient medical records, making recommendations about drug therapy, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, a master's degree in pharmacy, or a Pharm D Degree from an accredited college or university.
- License or demonstrated eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in Michigan.
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice preferred.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and standards for the provision of pharmaceutical services.
- Solid data collection skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
