About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Successful completion of an ASHP accredited residency plus one year of hospital or relevant clinical experience, or equivalent clinical fellowship, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Licensed Pharmacist within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Vaccine certification within one year of hire.
- ASHP certification or clinical certification from an accredited organization within 2 years of hire.
