About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will coordinate the pharmacy's clinical services, collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient drug therapy outcomes, and assist in compliance with laws and regulations. You will also implement new processes and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring pharmacy performance in key areas such as team member experience and patient safety.
About You
Required:
- PharmD or BS degree in Pharmacy.
- 5 - 7 years of pharmacist experience.
- Current Indiana license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to dispensing of drugs and narcotics.
Preferred:
- Clinical pharmacy, acute care, and/or inpatient experience.
- PGY1/PGY2 residency and/or board certification.
- Management experience.
