About You
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification in area of specialty practice.
- Relevant work experience as a clinical pharmacist in ASP/ID within an oncology and/or immunocompromised patient population.
- Completion of PGY-2 Residency in Infectious Diseases, or Completion of a PGY-1 Residency with a minimum of 2 years clinical practice experience in ID/antimicrobial stewardship, or 4 years of clinical practice experience in ID/antimicrobial stewardship.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Florida.
- Completion of a PGY-1 Residency and a minimum of 1-year clinical practice experience on an interdisciplinary team, or a minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience on an interdisciplinary team.
