- Current Master's student or recent graduate in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
- At least a year of Clinical Coordination experience.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in case management.
- Knowledge of treatment plan writing and clinical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health services and evidence-based practices.
- Leadership skills to motivate and support program staff.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
