About the Role
As a Clinical Program Supervisor - ACT Team, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage a small caseload, and ensure the delivery of effective services. Your responsibilities include leading daily meetings, assigning referrals, providing direct services such as therapy and crisis intervention, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. You will also collaborate with community partners to maintain continuity of care and uphold the fidelity of the ACT model.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in social work or human services field.
- Licensed or certified by the State of Michigan in Social Work, Psychology or other related Behavioral Health field.
- At least three (3) years of experience working with the severely and persistently mentally ill population.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must complete ACT 101 Training within 6 months of hire.
Preferred:
- One year of previous supervisory experience.
- Education and demonstrated competency in assessment, crisis management, and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults and individuals with substance use disorders.
