About the Role
As a Clinical Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, administering medications, coordinating with the healthcare team, and acting as a patient advocate. You will also maintain safety and compliance, document patient care accurately, provide mentorship to new nurses, and respond to patient emergencies.
About You
Required:
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical Unit or equivalent setting.
- Current California RN License.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with five (5) years of experience.
Preferred:
- Oncology Department Chemotherapy experience.
- Orthopedic Unit Orthopedic Nurses Certification (ONC) or equivalent certification.
- Medical-Surgical Unit Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (CMSRN) or equivalent certification.
