About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting site monitoring visits, managing study progress, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining communication with study sites. Your tasks will include evaluating site practices, tracking regulatory submissions, and creating documentation related to site management and monitoring findings.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or health care preferred.
At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective time and financial management skills.
