- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 6 years experience managing clinical trials.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of clinical development processes and compliance management systems.
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory procedures and data collection methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- CITI certification.
