Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to join their team in Paramus, NJ. The role involves coordinating and overseeing clinical research operations for assigned clinical trials.
About the Role
As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will assist the principal investigator in preparing clinical trials, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, recruit and evaluate study patients, and maintain accurate records. You will also educate patients about clinical trials and monitor their progress throughout the study.
About You
Required:
- BSN required (or an associate/diploma in Nursing for team members hired before March 31, 2024).
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience or 1 year of clinical nursing experience with an additional 2 years of clinical research experience.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) and/or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) and/or Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC).
