About the Role
As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will be responsible for standardizing and improving patient care within the assigned service line. Your duties will include leading governance activities, assessing unit needs, and serving as a clinical resource for staff. You will also coordinate program education and contribute to the growth of the service line program, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Five years registered nurse experience in an operating room setting.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure.
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
- CNOR - Certified Operating Room Nurse certification.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Six months in a previous leadership capacity, e.g., committee chair, charge nurse or coordinator.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
