About the Role
As a Clinical Services Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing prior authorization requests, providing Help Desk support, and assisting with member mailings for clinical programs. You will work closely with the Clinical Services Specialist to prioritize tasks and ensure the clinical needs of ProAct clients are met. Additional duties include assisting in the development of clinical documents and completing mandatory training programs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Preferred:
- AS Degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service.
