About the Role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will assist surgeons in the operating room with pre-operative planning, case preparation, and real-time procedural workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with Mako technology and develop competencies in manual procedures and OR protocols. The role requires adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, including on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience or High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience.

Preferred:

1 year of relevant work experience.
Previous clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical technology, athletic training, personal training, medical scribing, etc.).
Extracurricular involvement such as community service, leadership organizations, or athletic teams.
