About the Role
As a Clinical Specialist for the Uplift Program, you will conduct outreach and recruitment of participants, complete intakes and assessments, provide case management and individual counseling, facilitate group sessions, engage families, and maintain communication with service providers. You will also assist with data tracking and participate in community events.
About You
Required:
- Master's in Social Work or equivalent master's level counseling degree and at least two years of experience.
- Skilled communicator able to work in a multi-disciplinary setting and maintain strong relationships with multiple agencies.
Preferred:
- Experience providing group and individual counseling.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
