About the Role
As a Clinical Study Administrator, you will assist project managers within assigned clinical studies, track study data, follow up with clinical sites on essential documents, draft and distribute study mailings, assist in payments for patient reimbursements, perform data entry, run reports, support IRB/IEC renewal compliance, coordinate study data reviews, and assist with scheduling meetings. You will also participate in process improvement activities within the department.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous clinical research experience.
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
- Clinical/medical background.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Demonstrated competencies in tracking, written and verbal communications, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
