About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor/Therapist, you will supervise MRSS staff, provide clinical supervision and consultation, oversee service delivery quality, and ensure compliance with MRSS guidelines. You will also provide mobile response services, lead team meetings, and support staff training in the Ohio MRSS model. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring effective communication within the agency.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LIMFT-S, LISW-S or LPCC-S.
- 3 years post independent license experience preferred.
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal skills.
