About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor / RN, Hospice, you will be responsible for overseeing the care team, managing scheduling and payroll, conducting assessments, and collaborating with site leadership to ensure quality patient care. You will also facilitate interdisciplinary group meetings and support staff education efforts.
About You
Required:
- Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
Preferred:
- Associate degree.
- Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN).
