About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will be responsible for overseeing assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings while working with a variety of clients. You will ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and care, and will travel to clients across the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Hayward, and San Jose.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
- Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance
- CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire
Preferred:
- Experience in a BCBA-owned ABA company
- Familiarity with various funding sources for clients
